Terms and Conditions – The Inner Safari

1. Retreat Confirmation
The retreat is confirmed once a minimum of 8 participants is reached. If this number is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the retreat. In this case, all payments made will be fully refunded.

2. Booking Policy
Retreat on June 8, 9, and 10, 2026. The booking is only confirmed upon full payment.

3. Cancellation Policy 
Participant All bookings are binding.

• More than 30 days before the retreat: refund possible, excluding administrative fees (or possibility to postpone).

• Between 30 and 14 days before: non-refundable deposit.

• Less than 14 days before: no refund (unless the spot is taken by another participant).

• The participant may transfer their spot to another person.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond her control, the organizer commits to offering:

• Either a postponement.

• Or a full refund.

5. Liability
Each participant is responsible for their own health condition and their ability to take part in the proposed activities. It is highly recommended to inform us of any specific condition (injury, medical treatment, etc.).

6. Commitment & Spirit of the Retreat
The Inner Safari is an immersive experience based on:

• Respect

• Kindness

• Confidentiality

• Listening to oneself and others Any behavior contrary to these values may result in exclusion without a refund.

7. Insurance
It is highly recommended that each participant take out cancellation and/or travel insurance.

8. Payment
Payments are made via the methods provided on the website. Any booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment.

9. Organization & Adjustments
The program may be slightly adjusted depending on:

• The weather

• The group's energy

• Or external constraints Always in the best interest of the overall experience.
